Project Brief

Santurce es Cultura is a collection inspired by the creative heart of Puerto Rico, the city of Santurce. This neighborhood raised countless artists, musicians and icons. This one had to be special, since the clothes had to portray strong feelings of pride and nostalgia. 

My role was to design a capsule that captured Santurce’s mix of pride, grit, and street identity. I drew inspiration from vintage sportswear athletics and local nostalgia to create pieces that feel both athletic and cultural. The clothes felt like a tribute to the city, where art and rhythm were born.
